Creative Project Manager

you’ll be joining the brand team as one of our creative planners behind events and trips. your job (if you can call this a job lol)? plan, organize & join trips with our team of content creators to elevate our campaigns. besides this, we expect you to be a non-stop concept dreamer and make them reality — think about events in our store(s) ;), pop up stores, one day events. we’re after someone who’s hands-on and lives by the sentence ‘i don’t know how to do it, so I’ll fix it’

general responsibilities
long story short, you’re part of the event/ campaign team from A to Z. 

•  planning our trips & events from A-Z and running the whole job on site as well
•  have an eye for unique experiences and set them up for our trips
• translate the brand team’s moodboards & briefings into campaigns
• coming up with events we can host in our store(s) or wherever it feels right (pop up store, one-day events, parties…)
• find the right locations where we can host our events and shoot our campaigns
  

profile

• you have a first work experience within planning and organising trips & events
• you know perfectly how to maintain a good relationship with international partners
• you have a passion for travel and you’re a natural host
• you are social & communicative and know how to keep a group interactive
• you are stress resistant and can handle multiple projects at the same time
• you’re organised & respect deadlines
• you’re creative and can bring moodboards to life
• fluent in English (read: almost native), other languages are a plus
•  you are based in Belgium or willing to relocate
