About the Role
As Creative Director, you own how Suspicious Antwerp shows up both online and offline. You turn our CEO's vision into a clear creative direction and make sure it runs through everything we put out: the concepts, the visuals, the feed, the campaigns. You decide what we say, how we look, and how it feels, and you keep that consistent across every channel.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a sit-back-and-delegate one. You set the creative bar and lead the team that hits it, but on the days that matter you're in it yourself: shaping concepts, shooting, editing, writing. You think in strategy and you build with your hands, and you're the link between where the brand wants to go and what people actually see.
Job requirements
What you'll be doing
Translate the CEO's vision into a clear creative direction across all our channels (both online & offline)
Own our online presence: concepts, visuals, feed, and campaigns, and how the brand feels everywhere
Lead and grow a young marketing team, and make sure the best idea always wins
Jump in hands-on when it counts: concepts, shoots, edits, captions
Set and protect the creative bar in everything we put out
Keep creative and production on schedule with smart processes and planning
Work closely with operations, partnerships, and talent to make campaigns happen
What you bring
Proven experience leading creative at a high level, either several years in a creative or marketing role, or a comparable Creative Director position beforeA real point of view on brand and creative, and the work to prove it (portfolio)
Both sides of the brain: you set strategy and you execute it yourself, equally strong
Strong social instincts. You know what makes an audience grow and why
Experience leading a team and getting more out of people
Native-level English.
You understand the Suspicious Antwerp aesthetic down to the detail, and you keep raising the bar for it

Hands-on creative skills: photo, video, edit, design
An existing network of creators, photographers, and production partners
Experience directing shoots and campaigns on set
Experience with influencer collabs and brand activations
