About the job

As a Customer Service & Experience Officer, you will be joining our customer service department. Your objective is to give the best possible care to our customers worldwide.

Job requirements

General responsibilities

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for customers while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting/presenting them to the operations team

  • Support changes that anticipate and address customer questions, needs, and complaints

  • Update our customers on recent developments & changes regarding their orders

  • You will manage our returns & exchanges platform.

  • You will be the main contact of our warehouse to ensure smooth processing of all orders.

  • You will be working with following tools daily: Gorgias, Shopify and Microsoft Excel

Profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in communication or similar

  • You have strong communication skills, both written as spoken, are key (as you’ll be communicating A LOT.)

  • There’s no problem or issue left unseen, these will all be handled on time

  • Doing 10 things all at once? Easy. You have great multitasking skills, time management and prioritizing tasks.

  • You can work individually and focused, but you’re also a team player

  • You are hands-on and get energized by working in a start-up environment.

  • You are fluent in English; Dutch is a big plus

  • You were the only one in class that didn’t hate Microsoft Excel, you even have advanced knowledge of it.

  • You are based in Belgium (or willing to relocate)
