Job description
There's a gap between a great design and a great garment and you're the one who closes it.
At Suspicious Antwerp, we build products people actually want to wear. Our design team is strong, but we need someone who can bridge the space between creative vision and production: someone who looks at a piece of garment, spots exactly why it isn't sitting right, and knows precisely how to communicate the fix to our factory.
You won't be making patterns but knowing how they work is non-negotiable.. It's a fit-thinking, problem-solving, factory-communicating role. While technical knowledge exists on the team, you'll be the one with the deepest expertise in-house, which means real ownership, real impact, and the independence to do things properly..
