About the job

We’re on the lookout for an HR & Talent Coordinator who’s not afraid to get hands-on while also thinking strategically. In this role, you'll take full ownership of our HR operations and people strategy. You will handle all essential HR responsibilities—from recruitment and performance evaluations to payroll and contracts—and make sure our internal operations run smoothly and compliantly. This role is perfect for someone with solid HR experience and an eye for process efficiency, legal detail, and employee satisfaction.

Job requirements

HR Operations

  • Draft and manage employee and freelance contracts.

  • Coordinate payroll and salary administration.

  • Manage internal HR documentation, policies, and compliance.

  • Follow up on time registration, expense reimbursements, and benefit administration.

  • Act as point of contact for external HR partners

  • Liaise with interim partners and ensure legal compliance (e.g. labour inspection, internal regulations).

Talent Acquisition & People

  • Lead the recruitment process: job scoping, interviews, offers, onboarding.

  • Organize and manage performance evaluations and feedback cycles.

  • Analyze compensation structures and drive process efficiency.

  • Help define job roles and support team structure planning.

  • Strengthen our employer brand through creative hiring campaigns and communications.

Your Profile:

  • A Master’s degree.

  • A first experience in HR, preferably in a creative or fast-paced setting.

  • Strong understanding of Belgian labour law and HR best practices.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented and organized.

  • Proactive and able to manage responsibilities independently.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a bonus.

  • Based in Belgium (Antwerp)
