About the job

We’re searching for a Fashion Designer who lives and breathes creativity. You’ll take charge of designing innovative pieces that align with our brand’s DNA and elevate our product offerings. From brainstorming to final production, this role gives you the freedom to own the process and bring your vision to life. If you’ve got a passion for streetwear, a strategic mindset, and a love for cool, functional designs, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Design Innovation: Create and execute fresh, trend-setting designs that align with our brand, category, and product strategies.
• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the entire design process, from the first spark of an idea to final production approval.
• Presentation Mastery: Develop and present concepts, sketches, and final designs in a clear and impactful way to leadership, product teams, and external stakeholders.
• Product Integration: Incorporate functional and technical developments into your designs to improve processes and performance.
• Trend Tracking: Stay ahead of the curve by gathering market insights and design trends, ensuring our offerings are always relevant.
• Calendar Coordination: Keep track of deadlines and support the team to deliver projects in line with our development calendar.
• Collaboration: Work with freelance partners, providing mentorship and guidance to align their work with our vision.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion/Design or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, ideally with a focus on lifestyle, streetwear, or sports.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• A curiosity about AI as a creative tool and its role in modern design.
• Incredible attention to detail and top-tier time-management skills.
• Strategic and creative thinker with a knack for creating products that resonate.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to get your ideas across.
• Fluent in English (extra languages are a bonus).
• Based in Belgium or willing to relocate.
