About the job

As a Social Media Officer, you're going to be the one setting the bar and turning up the heat on all our platforms - think Instagram, Tik-Tok, LinkedIn, and beyond.

Your job is more than just creativity, it's about telling a story that sells the project or collection. The goal is to improve our online reputation by increasing our followers and engagement on social media. To do this, you will need to evaluate the success of our campaigns and adjust them as necessary. You will also need to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure that our brand's online presence is top-notch.

Important!

This is a full-time position on the payroll in Antwerp, so we are not looking for freelance candidates or candidates that wish to work remote/abroad.

General responsibilities

• You collect all necessary input in the company to build social media plannings within the predefined deadlines.
• You write the captions for our social media channels
• You jump on social media innovations and integrate these in our social media strategy.
• You contribute with your creativity to the future campaigns
• You try to increase our customers' engagement on socials.
• You are in charge of the community management on our social media channels

Profile

• You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or equivalent.
• You are a social media addict, and you are the first one to know when something happens in the world of online & social media.
• You have a brilliant gut feeling about what content works on what social media channel and why.
• You are based in Belgium or willing to relocate.

Skills

• You are an English native speaker (and writer) or are very fluent in English.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator..) holds no secrets for you
• You’re skilled in making reels & Tik-Tok’s
