About the job

As a Shop Assistant at our new store in Antwerp, you will be an essential part of our team, supporting daily store operations and ensuring our customers have a fantastic shopping experience. Your passion for fashion and dedication to customer service will help create a welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and friendly character will ensure our customers leave with a positive impression of our brand.

From a brand and service perspective, we see our store as a beautiful extension of our webshop, which we have been running with love for the past seven years. If you are passionate about fashion and eager to provide excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Job requirements

General responsibilities

  • Represent the brand story as an ambassador, proudly sharing it with customers.
  • Ensure the store's appearance is immaculate, both inside and out.
  • Assist in organizing in-store events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers find products and answering their questions.
  • Support the store team in achieving sales targets.
  • Assist with managing store inventory and other administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

  • Experience in retail is preferred but not required.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the Suspicious Antwerp brand.
  • Based in Belgium.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and presentable personality.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
Skills
  • Customer and service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
  • Team player with the ability to support and motivate colleagues.
