About the job

As a Store Associate at our new store in Amsterdam, you will be an essential part of our team, supporting daily store operations and ensuring our customers have a fantastic shopping experience. Your passion for fashion and dedication to customer service will help create a welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and friendly character will ensure our customers leave with a positive impression of our brand.

From a brand and service perspective, we see our stores as a beautiful extension of our webshop, which we have been running with love for the past seven years.

General responsibilities

• Represent the brand story as an ambassador, proudly sharing it with customers.

• Ensure the store's appearance is immaculate, both inside and out.

• Assist in organizing in-store events.

• Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers find products and answering their questions.

• Support the store team in achieving sales targets.

• Assist with managing store inventory and other administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

• Experience in retail is preferred but not required.

• Passion and enthusiasm for the Suspicious Antwerp brand.

• Based in Amsterdam.

• Enthusiastic, flexible, and presentable personality.

• Willingness to work on weekends.

Skills

• Customer and service-oriented mindset.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Team player with the ability to support and motivate colleagues.
