We are looking for a charismatic and well-connected Talent Manager to join our vibrant team. You are a a social butterfly with an extensive network within the celebrity, agency, management, and agent communities. As a Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with the next generation of fashion influencers and celebrities, ensuring they align with our brand's vision and objectives.

General responsibilities

Networking and Relationship Building


  • Leverage your active network of celebrities, agencies, managers, and agents to identify and engage with potential fashion talents.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, ensuring continuous collaboration and partnership opportunities.

Event Presence

  • Organically find your way into global fashion and cultural events such as Roland Garros, Coachella, and Formula 1 to represent the company.

  • Utilize these events to network, identify new talents, and promote our brand.

Brand Advocacy & Sales

  • Effectively communicate and sell our brand to emerging and established fashion talents.

  • Present compelling value propositions to potential talents, showcasing how our brand aligns with their goals and aspirations.

Collaborate with Partnership Manager


  • Work closely with our Partnership Manager to align talent engagement strategies with broader sponsorship and partnership deals.

  • Ensure cohesive and integrated efforts between talent management and partnership initiatives.

Talent Deliverables Management

  • Oversee and manage the deliverables of our talents, ensuring they meet agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.

  • Maintain regular communication with talents to ensure they are fully supported and aligned with our brand objectives.

Industry Insight

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the fashion industry.

  • Identify and connect with the "it-girl" and "it-boy" influencers of tomorrow who represent the future of fashion.


Profile

  • You have a proven and active network in the celebrity scene, agency, management, and agent communities.

  • You have at least 3 years or relevant experience within talent management and/or partnerships/sponsoring.

  • You are a born networker and know perfectly how to keep maintain a good relationship with the bigger representation agencies.

  • You are stress resistant and can handle multiple projects at the same time.

  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.

  • You thrive on travelling the world and meeting new people.
