We're on the hunt for a driven and strategic Wholesale & B2B Manager, and we mean that literally.

We're looking for someone who knows the European retail landscape, can spot the right partners from a mile away, and has the commercial drive to turn those opportunities into real, lasting deals. Someone who's equally at home in a negotiation as they are managing the operational side once the ink is dry.

Job requirements

What you'll be doing

  • Map the European wholesale landscape and identify the partners worth pursuing

  • Pitch and negotiate with retailers whose profile fits where we're going, not just where we are

  • Conduct site visits to assess retail locations against our brand standards

  • Own the operational side: shipments, deliveries, invoicing, follow-up

  • Be the main point of contact for wholesale partners from first conversation to long-term relationship

  • Work closely with the Antwerp HQ team to keep wholesale strategy aligned with the bigger picture

What you bring

  • Proven track record in wholesale, B2B sales, or a closely related commercial role

  • Sharp strategic instinct: you spot opportunities before they become obvious

  • Strong organizational skills - you handle multiple moving parts without dropping any

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, in Dutch and English; other European languages are a plus

  • A passion and feel for the fashion and streetwear market

  • Willingness to travel across Benelux and Europe regularly and work from our HQ in Antwerp as needed

  • Based in Belgium or ready to relocate

Nice to have

  • An existing network in European retail or fashion wholesale

  • Experience working with streetwear or lifestyle brands

  • Additional European languages beyond English
