We’re on the hunt for a driven and strategic Wholesale & B2B Manager to spearhead our wholesale expansion across Europe. This role is all about taking our brand to the next level by identifying opportunities, building strong partnerships, and ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. Job requirements
What You’ll Do
Market Scouting: Identify key wholesale opportunities and scout potential partners and locations to grow our brand presence in Europe.
Sales & Negotiation: Pitch our products, negotiate contracts, and seal deals with retailers that align with our brand vision.
Location Visits: Conduct site visits to assess potential retail spaces and ensure they meet our standards.
Operational Oversight: Manage shipments, deliveries, and invoicing to ensure seamless operations and satisfied partners.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with wholesale partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
Collaboration: Work closely with our Antwerp HQ team to align wholesale strategies with overall brand goals.
What We’re Looking For
A master’s degree or equivalent.
A proven sales professional with experience in wholesale or a related field.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for fashion and understanding of the European retail landscape.
Willingness to travel across Benelux (and Europe) and work from our HQ in Antwerp as needed.
Based in Belgium or willing to relocate.
